I thought Feingold (D-AlQuaeda) would have the common sense...but he didn't.
He joined Kohl (D-Nobody) and voted FOR the monstrously bloated SCHIP program, ensuring the right to free health-care for families earning up to $87,000.
Oh, yeah.
