A bunch of Democrats in Congress simply cannot support Waxman's Folly (cap-and-tax.)
Well, except for Kagen, Baldwin-of-Pedophiles, Kind, Moore, and Obey, who apparently don't give a rip how much Wisconsin residents will pay for electricity.
Or how much they'll pay for heat.
Or how many jobs will be lost due to the enormous tax.
After all, one crisis is just as good as another, right?
