California Fed Judge Rescinds Law of Gravity

The 186-page decision also enjoined rain from falling down; heretofore, based on the judge's findings of "fact" rain shall fall sideways, and only from the east.

Temporary injunction was denied, rain and gravity appealing.

So DOMA was oveturned because it violated states' rights, but when a state exercises its right to define marriage, it still gets overturned because of the 14th amendment...

Legal positivism, and whatever means are handy to achieve the end. I told you.
