Imagine this!
Rep. Tamara Grigsby, D-Milwaukee, told Clancy she's hearing from tech school officials in her home area that the changes in employee compensation mandated in Gov. Scott Walker's budget repair bill don't make up for the amount of state aid cuts.
Grigsby's 'home area tech-school' is MATC, which just rushed through a very expensive teachers' contract.
Too bad, Tamara.
